All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates apply to the continental United States (48 contiguous states). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), and PO Boxes may require additional transit time.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and order size. The carrier is selected to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your address. You will receive your specific carrier and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier systems to update with the latest tracking information.
International Shipping

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@nerve-alive.site — we will do our best to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date:
- Lost packages: We will work with the carrier to initiate a trace. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.
- Stolen packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will review your case.
- Damaged packages: Take photos of the damaged packaging and products and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high shipping volumes (especially around holidays), severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off.
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
